1. We can not guarantee color matching between orders placed at different times. Backdrops that are ordered at different times and do not color match are NOT RETURNABLE. While we strive to be consistent as possible there are too many variables in the printing process to guarantee color matches if orders are not placed at the same time. If you anticipate you will need more backdrops please try to order them all in one order.
2. If you have ordered from us before please let us know the date of the previous order and if you need these to placed continuously to the previous order and we will do our best to try to blend the ends together....we can not guarantee, however, we will try our best.
3. We are not responsible for damage to the backdrops from the use of water, alcohol, chemicals, paints, solvents, or mishandling of the backdrops.
4. Our materials, prints, or adhesive DO NOT create bubbles after installation and we are NOT responsible for any bubbling. Please see our page titled INSTALLATION TIPS for the most common installation errors which can lead to bubbling.
5. Notwithstanding #1 thru #4 above we want you to be 100% satisfied with your product so if you have any questions, are unhappy with the quality, or otherwise need to contact us do so at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us between 1 pm and 7 pm central time at 833-2-trains (872467). Any returns must be in an undamaged resaleable condition.
6. Due to the enormous expenses of keeping pre-printed inventory we custom print each backdrop once it is ordered. While we try to get your proof or print and ship all orders within 7-10 business days, we are a small shop and therefore orders, especially blended orders and large orders can take up to 15 business days to get your proofs or be shipped.
7. Due to the recent increases in lost, damaged or stolen products shipped we are NOT responsible for orders damaged, lost, stolen, or otherwise not received once shipped. Especially in this time where shipper rules and practices seem to change on a daily basis, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you have your order insured.
